For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

Flexible

This open station is located on one of the busiest streets in the Overland Park area with a lot of foot traffic. The inside of the shop is brand new with 10 barber chairs. There are 6 chairs available to rent. The lighting is very bright and there is a lot of space on the back bar. Every barber has their own sink and running water. The bathroom is located in the back of the shop by the break room on the south side of the building. The salon has an ATM along with snacks, drinks, and a large seating area for customers. You and your clients are sure to love this clean and healthy shop. Amenities include bike parking, break room, cable tv, central temperature control, coffee/tea machine, wheelchair accessibility, wifi, reception waiting area, and free parking. Stylists and Barbers are free to dress as they would like, just as long as it's not too revealing. 

The host provides trash receptacles, electrical outlets, hooded/handheld dryers, and access to a backbar (shampoo/conditioner only) for visiting barbers/stylists. All other tools and equipment are the responsibility of the barber/stylist.
