This is a boutique hair salon in the trendy neighborhood of Greenpoint, Brooklyn serving the area since 2009. The Karcher has maintained the highest standards in men's and women's haircutting, color, and bridal styling. They carry environmentally-conscious and cutting edge products lines including Davines, Hairstory, Reverie, and Cult+King.
PRO-TIP: There is free street parking, but it is recommended giving yourself and your clients extra time to find a spot. The Nassau Avenue G train is one block away and the East River Ferry is 10 blocks away.

About the Host:
The salon is owned by Nackie Karcher and her partner Meg Costello. Nackie has worked in the hair industry for 25 years and began as a freelance hairstylist and makeup artist. Meg has been working in the hair industry for 12 years and has worked both in commission settings and as a renter and freelancer. They have worked together for 10 years and see the benefit and importance of giving freelance artists a home away from home. They want to provide a beautiful space for people to feel comfortable doing their craft.
