The salon is 500 sq. ft of private, cozy comfort. Two of the three chairs are available, so it is not a typical busy salon atmosphere. Here, you can offer your clients a boutique experience. Begin with cozy robes and enjoy luxury espresso during their service. Parking is metered in front or free residential just one block away. 
 We primarily carry Kevin Murphy products as well as Eleven, Formula 18 and Brazillian Blowout. 
 You will have access to a full station with many drawers for storage and a back cabinet space for storing your supplies as well as your own countertop for mixing color. 
 There is no private indoor break space, but, we make it work. : )  A refrigerator and microwave are available. 
 Your rental includes use of all towels, robes, capes, bowls, and tinting brushes. You may also offer your clients beverages such as Water, Mountain Rose Herbal Teas, and Nespresso Coffees. 
 Rentals can be daily, weekly or Monthly.
