Whether your hair is coarse, fine, straight, or curly, they have the techniques to make it into the best braid or weave you’ve ever had. We pride ourselves on our clean and comfortable atmosphere, with friendly hair technicians who will give you exactly what you ask for, without brushing too hard, pulling too tight, or braiding too small or large. Parking is available around the corner.

About the Neighborhood:

The salon is in Brooklyn(Bed-Stuy), a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of fast foods, healthy markets, Jamaican and Trini eateries nearby. Train and bus stops are 1-3 blocks away and connect from all areas of the city. 

About the Host: 

Host Ngone is the salon owner and has been working in this industry for 23 years. A natural hair stylist from Senegal, West Africa, she comes from a family full of hair stylists. Her love for hair comes from a long line of her ancestors including her grandmother and mother who were natural hair stylists themselves. She has been a natural hair care examiner for the state department division license of New York City from 1997 till present, having worked with many world celebrities including Brandy Norwood, Lalah Hathaway, Nicole Kidman and many more. She received the Master Pioneer award presented by natural hair in 2013. She looks forward to hosting you during your ShearShare stay!
