Friendly Beauty Collective in Heart of Mission District

Established in 2012, this salon is an inclusive, welcoming San Francisco space of creative stylists. Their mission is to simultaneously deliver classic elegance while leading the charge for innovation. We create custom looks tailored to our clients unique style and personality. The salon offers hair services from cutting edge cut and color work, extensions, braiding, barbering, blowouts, wedding and special occasion services. The stylists have even helped clients recover and restore over-dyed, bleached, burned and damaged hair, thus earning the nickname “the hair hospital.” The salon prides themselves in using cruelty free and environmentally friendly products by Kevin Murphy.There is metered street parking as well as all day free parking a few blocks away. There is also a 15$ per day parking lot.

Located in the mission district, the salon is easily accessible by Bart, bus or off the Duboce Street exit off the 280 and 101.

Host Linda started her career internationally, training for several years under a variety of skilled hands. She has over a decade of experience and her approach to hair is to achieve polished simplicity. Precision cuts and meticulous highlights leave your hair feeling healthy and you feeling glamorous. Linda has mastered the alchemy and science behind natural, subtle color that perfectly suits your face, life or whim. She has advanced cutting and color training from Kevin Murphy and Color.me. Vivacious and engaging, Linda loves chatting with clients and neighbors alike! After a visit to Acute, clients often feel as though they have been visiting with an old friend.
