The space is large enough for two or if you offer multiple services. The space fits a massage table along with a stylists bowl and chair. Lots of storage & was used as a spa with retail previously. Security cameras are in the building with security doors. There is a sink included in the studio as well. It is over 520 ft.² no matter what your profession in the industry whether you're a massage therapist, hairstylist, lash artist, permanent make up, Microblading, injections; the space is perfect for you! Space is shareable if not available to take it seven days a week. Stylist hair bowl and chair is already installed. I do have a massage table available if needed
