For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

Located just outside of Katy, TX our studio is ideal for contemporary artist and their clients alike. Whether you're traveling from out of town or just needing a space to thrive, this studio has exactly what you're looking for. 

There are tons of restaurants & hotels nearby with Fwy access just down the road.
The space can comfortably fit up to 2 artists plus their clients.

All rentals are available for up to 5 hours max. No exceptions. For additional hours, please consider our private suite option which can also be found right her in ShearShare.
