Host Susana Arreguin is an enthusiastic go-getter that has been in the industry since the 80's. She has struggled for many years to find a chair for rent at the right place. Finally, after helping many salons flourish without being recognized for her contributions, she opened her own business and is eager to build a family of partners that want to take their brands and businesses to the next level.
