For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

Flexible

The treatment room is a private suite with a hot towel cabby, rolling stool, facial steamer, and massage table available for use.  The massage table also converts into a reclining chair for lashes, brows, or may be folded to make space for a makeup chair.  The space is elegant and clean, and provides privacy for professional spa and salon services. 

The suite is perfect for estheticians, waxing, eyelash extensions, lashes, permanent makeup, massage therapists, & MUA's. 

The facility has an elevator for clients who may need it, or to load in supplies, and all visiting stylists are required to wear professional work attire.

The host provides the suite ready for service with a hot towel cabby, beauty fridge, massage table, rolling stool, facial steamer with 5X magnifying lamp, 3-tier rolling tray, a trash receptacle, and electrical outlets.  All other tools, products, and equipment are the responsibility of the renting professional.

Please note, this space is available on a day to day basis and is great for someone who has clients, but is not ready to fully commit to a monthly rental.  The suite is not available for monthly rental. Inquire for hourly rates ($25/HR with a 3 hour minimum or $119/8 HRS).

Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner

Put all towels, rags, or other used linens in the bin

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed

No eating or drinking in the common working space

Check you did not leave anything in your storage locker and shelves

Check to make sure you have all your belongings and tools

Rental rates cover up to 5 hours per day.  You can choose the hours, but they must be consecutive. Add more time for $25/hour.
