Great news, ShearShare community! The Council of State Governments has partnered with the Department of Defense (DoD) and a coalition of state boards of cosmetology to support the mobility of licensed cosmetologists through the development of a new interstate compact. 
This additional licensing pathway will create reciprocity among participant states and reduce the barriers to portability and employment. Learn more about this exciting development!
